Free internet access is offered via a hotspot to visitors of Gastrobar Wendy. You use this service at your own risk. Gastrobar Wendy does not guarantee the operation of the service and is entitled to disable it at any time. Gastrobar Wendy, employees, intermediaries, and suppliers are in no way liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damage, consequential damage, or any other damage, including but not limited to delayed services, deleted files, viruses, theft, or modification of a user’s computer, arising from or in any way related to the use or inability to use the service or parts of it.
The connection via the hotspot is a direct unsecured connection to parts of the internet. Gastrobar Wendy does not guarantee your privacy or the security of the connection. Gastrobar Wendy reserves the right to monitor, filter, or protect the network traffic when we deem it necessary for the improvement of the service.

Your responsibilities

You are fully responsible for the actions you perform via this service, data you distribute, and files you download, open, and/or view. Gastrobar Wendy can never be held responsible for actions you perform during the use of this Wi-Fi service or any damage you may incur while using it. Gastrobar Wendy will cooperate with legal investigations and, upon judicial order, will provide any requested information regarding usage to authorities without reservation.
It is not permitted to use Gastrobar Wendy’s free Wi-Fi for:

• Posting or sending offensive, threatening, or spam messages.

• Sending large amounts of spam or other (email, chat, etc.) messages.

• Posting or sending viruses or other harmful items.

• Attempting to breach the security of any computer network.

• Seeking access to offensive or obscene sites that contain pornographic or otherwise objectionable material.

• Sending or downloading any copyrighted material without permission.

• Engaging in illegal activities.

You agree to indemnify and hold Gastrobar Wendy harmless from any claim, demand, obligation, or damage arising from or related to the use of this service by yourself or any other person you have authorized to use it. This explicitly includes losses, liabilities, costs or debts, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or the use by a person you have authorized of the service or our website in a way that causes damage;

• Your violation or the violation by a person you have authorized of any provision of these terms of use;

• Your violation or the violation by a person you have authorized of any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyrights, property rights, and privacy rights. This obligation to indemnify remains in effect after the termination of your use of this Wi-Fi service and our website.

 

Minors

If you are at least 13 years old but under 16 years of age, you need parental consent to use our free wireless internet services. If you are under 13 years old, you are not permitted to use our free wireless internet services without presenting us with parental consent. If you are a parent granting permission for a minor to use our free wireless internet service, you agree to:

• Supervise the minor's use of our free wireless internet service and their internet access;

• Accept all risks associated with the minor viewing content they have received through the use of our free wireless internet service and all risks associated with the minor sending material, content, or information to others via the internet;

• Accept all liability for the minor's use of our free wireless internet services, including any financial obligations.

 

Non-compliance with the terms of use

We reserve the right to deny the user access to (parts of) our service without prior notice if the user engages in behaviors or activities that, at our discretion, constitute a breach of these terms of use.
